Return Policy
- All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date and must be arranged with a return goods authorization from [email protected]
- Refunds and/or exchanges are subject to a minimum of 15-35% restocking fee.
- The product must be in original packaging without any damage on the package and in a resalable condition.
- If customers get approval to return any product; they must deliver it to our location or ship it by courier.
- No refunds/exchanges on custom and special-order items.
- No refunds/exchanges on clearance and display items.
- All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer warranty as per their specified terms and conditions and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
- Bath City Design is not responsible for any plumbing or installation charge.
